Bereavement - Disgusting Service

I placed the above orders yesterday for urgent delivery today. They were ordered due to a family bereavement, and giving thanks to the doctors and surgeons, as well as sympathy to my wife. They were not delivered today. I’m disgusted at the response. This mornings telephone call to your call centre said they were waiting for flowers from 08h30, but would definitely be delivered today. This did not happen. A call this afternoon I was told the florist was not answering their phone but was out on deliveries!!! 18h24, still nothing. I’ll post this on social media.
