Beautiful gesture becomes distatefull

For a service provider trusted with making people I'm disappointed that my lady was treated with unkindness and rudeness by the netflorist driver who was meant to deliver the gift at the door of her office/shop instead he demanded my woman to meet him at the main entrance of the mall. He didn't even bother getting close to her office/shop.
