Beautiful flowers; misleading gift card option.

The flowers I ordered for my partner were beautiful. But the card that came with it ruined the gift. What’s shown on the website when ordering a gift card and being able to type out a personalised message, is misleading. What was given is a small address card with only half the message handwritten out, and not even nicely. It’s really disappointing as the gift card should have been the easiest thing to get right.
