Be aware when ordering this item - NETC23

The so called Plant with flower arrangement in a basket looks all great on the Netflorist website but when you actually receive it, looks abit drab. Netflorist takes a whole week to respond with counter arguments implying it is my fault for ordering a standard size when in fact it is only available in, a standard size. After clearly explaining my issues with the arrangement, Rene Malans response was that my concerns have been sent to the \hub\" and awaiting response and that the e-mail has been noted. So in short, what they are saying is purchase from us, if you have issues then complain and we will make a note of your e-mail. All I wanted was someone with a bit of compassion behind that e-mail and for the \"hub\" to accept that they could have done this better. By no means did I ask for a replacement as I do not want the receiver(my mom) to get all upset about this complaint. All I want customers to know is what you order does differ from whats advertised and isn't made to look better but lacks technique. I am in full agreement in the fact that the adverti*****t will look slightly different but that should not take away from the quality of the product."
