Bar the voicemail all fantastic

I phoned netflorist to comfirm my booking as the delivery date was very important and I hadn't received a confirmation email<br> after more than 5 'sproodles' voicemail recordings or whatever I got highly annoyed and resorted to email<br> <br> The service is great, all i missed was the confirmation email, but perhaps it took more time as I ordered online over the weekend<br> bouquet was delivered nice and early, fantastic. The bouquet looked lovely, and I am extremely happy<br> <br> the only thing I would change is the voicemail recordings, highly annoying and childish, not something I would coin with a professional organisation
