Balloon instead of flower spray

After my uncle passed away, I used Netflorist to send my aunt a flower spray and card. She recieved the card with so many spelling errors, and a balloon saying "Hope you feel better soon". I then contacted Netflorist who told me that my aunt signed for the spray. I feel that thus was very bad on their part. When you receive a gift, you don't know what you sign for, especially when stricken with grief. I will NEVER use Netflorist again. They have made a joke out of what was supposed to be a loving, caring gesture!
