Bait and Switch Merchants

Bait and Switch merchants! I purchased flowers for my partner, not only were the flowers dying, 2 out of 3 of the products I purchased were out of stock and never delivered, even though they never informed and still charged me the full price. The product they advertised, was very different from they product they delivered and the only explanation they was everything was out of order. Pathetic service!
