Bad/worst Customer care

This is the most useless company ever...they ruined our special day my husband who is out of the country asked them to deliver my parcel yesterday for our anniversary and the didn't only to call me at 6pm like the address its a bank one who thinks im still at work by that time. since I told them yesterday that I leave at 4 shouldn't they priorities that for next day?They didn't even bother to give him a call and tell him of their mess up. so ok we gave them till today but hmmm still nothing and im about to knock off in an hour so clearly they will call again at 6 asking where I am how crazy....They don't care about their customers at all and their number *** its useless it just rings for 10 minutes no one responds. Our anniversary is gone we need our money back. Hope people stop usng them as they are useless
