So I ordered flowers and helium balloons for my wife's birthday to be delivered on her birthday which was on the 06th 11/2017 . I received a confirmation that my order was delivered, see below: "Hi Samuel, Something tells us that Neo is doing the funky chicken right about now, as they have just received your gift ********** 45. It was delivered today (06 Nov 2017) at 11:36 and was signed for by Neo."

Only to find out from my wife that they only delivered the flowers and no balloons that I have paid for. They didn't say anything to me or my wife about the half delivery. When I called in to find out what was going on, they made me hold the line for almost 15 minutes until my airtime ran out. They didn't even bother to call me back. And for that I want all of my money back, they can come take their flowers.
