Baddest service ever!

The baddest service ever!!! Placed an order on 9 Feb with supposed to be premium delivery before 13:00 on 10 Feb, as my wife only work till then. Called 4 times after 15:00. The last lady, Refiloe, saying that they overcharged me more than R200 and there is actually no such Premium service anymore. How great is it to get a gift the day after ones BIRTHDAY. Ridiculous!!!!!!!!! Will NEVER order from them ever again!
