Bad service wrong deliver address!!!

I am writing this with anger and tears in my eyes!!!! Bad service wrong delivery address!!! I called in to change the delivery address yesterday and when I called today to confirm they gave me the wrong address!!! Its my husbands birthday today and no delivery has been made!! I have been put on hold for almost 20 mins by a guy named Dali!!! I want his order to be delivered no later than today!!! I changed it yesterday yet the wrong address is on the system. *********** staff at Netflorist!!!
