Bad service , very Disappointing.

I made an order on the 11th Feb 2019 order No. ********** 00 for a package to be delivered for valentines day, they offered me a free box of lindt chocolates if i choose to have my package delivered on the 13th so i said cool lets do that. My wife still has not received her gift and valentines day has now passed. This is very disappointing and i am not happy with there service. they don't have the decency to let me know that there will be a delay. this will be the last time i use Netflorist and there service. an dill pass this message onto social media.
