Bad service, unhappy customer!!

I ordered flowers and chocolates to be delivered in Bloem and they only delivered the flowers with no explanation to me on why no chocolates were delivered after i had paid for BOTH! i would have understood if they had notified that there was a problem not act like everything is okay when they have only delivered part of the gift. i feel cheated!
