Bad service, poor management and bad communication

I ordered flowers for delivery to be made Friday the 28th of May and it wasn’t made. They emailed a new proposed date for Monday the 31. Imagine for delivery that was supposed to be made Friday by 1pm noon no delivery has been made on Monday. You can speak to the manager as it’s the one who will call you back and I went on Twitter and emailed them my complain and still haven’t heard anything from them. They’re a **** to say. This it my 3rd incident with them and their service is poor as they even spoil birthday surprises. I’m lost for words really
