Bad service !!! Paid for goods that was never delivered

I ordered a early mothers day gift and it was delivered with missing items.i called and was informed it would be delivered in the 6th may same day,later i called and was informed it scheduled for the nextday again.this morning i called and was informed its scheduled for the 11th may after mothers day due to no stock!!!if i didnt call in how would i of known.This service is pathetic i was told to email the manage Wendall,im still awaiting response!!!i emailed complaints also no response.i spoke to Hope and william nobody can resolve the matter but say sorry.I paid for goods which i havent received!!!
