Bad Service , No refund

I ordered a gift from Netflorist. The gift was of poor quality not the same as advertised and certainly not value for money. I returned the gift but now struggling to get a refund. I am being forced to accept Netflorist credits as a refund although I dont wish to place any further orders due to numerous other disappointments in the past. They have not even allocated the credits that they are forcing me to accept to my account. My calls go unanswered.Bad service
