Bad Service no explanation!!!

I ordered a gift on behalf of my son who is overseas for his girlfriend on Sunday 19/7. Delivery wed 22 July order number ***. I called on wed at 4h00 spoke to Keamo. Apparently there was a delay in order will be delivered tomorrow. TOMORROW IS NOT THERE ANNIVERSARY. This is NOT acceptable at ALL!!! First anniversary without him.
