Bad Service, No Delivery and Thieving Refunds

Disgusting bunch of ******. Spend R1,000 with a two-day lead time for a birthday gift and no delivery takes place.

We tell them to keep the order since it has not been delivered and they come back with this codswallop

"Please accept our humblest apologies for any inconvenience caused. Kindly be advised that order will be cancelled and a refund will be processed. Please take note of our turn around time for refunds to reflect is 3 to 5 working days into the account that paid for the order. Kindly be advised that there will be a 50% handling fee plus delivery fee will be charged. As soon as your refund request has been processed we will communicate via email."
