Bad service Netflorist

I`m very unhappy about the service I received from them. I used them in the past without any problems. I ordered a 21 Balloon with champagne and chocolates for my son`s 21st birthday on the 22nd of April. They delivered only the balloon ???? When I phoned them the Monday they said they will look into that - I also mentioned that Im not happy on the survey. They said that they will refund me the money for the champagne and the chocolates - up to now all answer that I get is that the refund must be approved but on the Monday they said the money will take 1-3 working days to reflect. Taking in consideration the public holidays - the money are still not in my account!!!!
