Bad Service Netflorist

Yet another complaint against your company. I ordered two chateaux gateux cakes for a birthday(Order: ***) to be delivered to the same person at 1 address. Firstly I was really disappointed that I was charged two delivery fees even though the item goes from one supplier to one customer.

Secondly I put a note down for a card and text and who it's from and the receiver got the cakes with nothing attached. Just his name but our note and who it's from was left out. The receiver was left baffled who sent him the gift.

How is this even possible. It is so frustrating putting faith into your company after endless hassles before, and to be disappointed again!
