Bad service netflorist

I placed an order for a birthday cake which was supposed to be delivered at my work on the 12th March. I specifically mentioned that this was a corporate delivery, the cake was meant to be enjoyed with my colleagues. The driver phoned me after 5pm to deliver this cake. I have not heard anything from netflorist until this day! I have a friend who also ordered a gift to be delivered at my house. The wrong items were delivered! I think netflorist is getting too much business and thus slacking on their service delivery! I will never ever order anything from netflorist again !
