Bad Service- Netflorist

I placed a huge order of 3700 and asked them to deliver either on Thursday or Friday. This was for 7 people I was suprising and Netflorist atarted delivering in drips and draps.. they even split the order and delivered some on Thursday and twice on Friday and it was now confusing as I was calling the people to ask them if they had received the "suprise" and some people hadn't.. send an email and no one emailed back..wasn't assisted on the phone eithesend another email and it was ignored..they dont really care...
