bad service I

What a bad service I have received from NetFlorist. I have ordered flowers and personalised chocolate last week Friday to be delivered on the 21 October 2019 bad I have been getting excuses to tell me that they will deliver only flowers and chocolates 2morr.Lat week I got a confirmation that it will be delivered today both chocolates and flowers .I am so diisponted
