Bad service from NETFLORIST, you will waste your time and money - Don't buy from them!!!!

WORST SERVICE ever. Ordered something, parcel never arrived although a mail was send that parcel was delivered.... Followed up, no stock was promised a full refund, so after a week only received some money back, the rest was a voucher, now get told cant refund the money for the voucher, forcing you to buy stuff, website not up to date, consultants lie and think they can tell you anything, calls are recorded but when you ask they make out that you in the wrong, all consultants must go on a course...worst experience ever,,, don't buy from them, you will be wasting your time and money!!!!!!!!!
