Bad service from Netflorist.

Placed an order for flowers, box of chocolates and balloon for my wife's birthday 2 days in advance. The flowers, that did not look anything like the online pic, and the chocolates were delivered. When I enquired about the balloon they told me it will be "redelivered" the same day. Her birthday is done and still no balloon. What was supposed to be a pleasant day turned out to be a disaster as I spent half the day trying to resolve the issue with netflorist.
