Bad Service from NetFlorist delivery Man

<p>I ordered roses and chocolates for my girlfriend and asked that they be delivered to her at our place of work as I wouldn't be in. I asked my colleague that when the delivery man arrives, he(my colleague) takes him(delivery man) up to her as the building is access controlled. I even wrote on the instructions that it should be delivered to her. When the delivery man came, he refused to take the flowers up, asking why he should take it up if my colleague can. I wanted her to receive it from the delivery guy making it more special. According to the receptionist, the guy also had an attitude when he arrived. I'm happy with the service in general from NetFlorist, but very disappointed with the service I received from the delivery man and I would like him to be reprimanded so he can change his attitude towards clients in the future.</p>
