Bad Service from Netflorist

Bad Bad Service. Order No *** . I ordered flowers and a cake on the 28/8/2025 for delivery 01/09/2025. Having placed the order timeously, it is expected that the delivery would would be seamless. But it seems inefficiency is Netflorist Trademark. The order arrives a whole day later, the recipient is upset because they thought I forgot an important day, I am ****ed off because this order was expensive and Netflorist could not get the date right. When the order was received, the flowers were dying and the cake looking suspiciously stale, needless to say the order was returned, Netflorist promised to refund my money but 9 days later still no refund. I am so surprised that this company continues to exist with such putrid service
