Bad service from Netflorist. AGAIN

I ordered flowers for my Mom's birthday as well as Mothers Day. She received a bunch of wilted, half dead brown roses in a box. They were awful. I then sent an email and was told that I hadn't complained within the specified 48 hour period bearing in mind that the flowers were delivered late on a Friday afternoon and I sent the email the following Monday. I asked for an explanation as to why they allowed flowers in that condition to be dispatched for delivery. Sadly this is not the first time I've received horrible flowers from Netflorist. I will not make use of their services again. The best part is, they actually don't care.
