BAD SERVICE FROM NETFLORIST

I am very DISAPPOINTED with NetFlorist . Placed my order on 8 Oct. 2021 mid-morning, for a birthday bouquet same day delivery. Called them this morning, they said they were busy preparing the flowers and promised to deliver mid-morning. Called them again around 11:30 today and they claimed the delivery guy was on his way to deliver, and 'only an hour away'. Now, at 19h30 on 9 October 2021, it's still not delivered. This is NOT acceptable, very bad service. I want full refund!!! #Netflorist Order no. ***.
