Bad service from Netflorist

My husband brought me flowers to surprise me at work, he told the agent to bring them in the morning. I received a call at 15:30 pm when I had left work that there’s netflorist at the reception, I asked them to meet me somewhere in the south of Johannesburg and they refused. I asked them so what now, they said they will leave the flowers her. That time its weekend so I received them on Monday. I am angry that they do not have a plan B when they can’t find someone.
