Bad service from Netflorist

DO NOT USE NETFLORIST!!!!! WORST SERVICE EVER!!!!! My husband ordered flowers for R689.00 and we never received it and only got a phone call at 17:05 to ask if there is someone available to take delivery. At time of the day it is completely unexaptable and we demand a full refund. This is such an embarrassment with the order already been placed on Monday the 12th, the order number is ***. No apology and said a refund should be done after a few days, NEVER MIND THAT IS A SPECIAL DAY FOR A LOT OF PEOPLE. Did a review on their website also with no response, they only comment on the good reviews, SERIOUSLY!!!!
