Bad Service from Netflorist

I ordered flowers for delivery on Saturday, 09 May 2015 for mother's day. Monday I received a Delivery Confirmation but the flowers was never delivered. Monday I've spend 2 hours with 3 different consultant, I was promised that the followers would be delivered on Monday. No delivery was made on Monday. Today I was put on hold for 47 min then the call was dropped! I will never order anything from Netflorist again! I am very disappointed because I used them several times a month!<br> <br>
