Bad service from Netflorist

Serious disappointment with Netflorist after placing a R4 500 order on Friday afternoon for delivery on Saturday. Received an email that the order was out for delivery on Saturday at 14:03, yet no delivery was made. Finally on Sunday evening at 19:00 it was only delivered, after I was promised on email on Sunday morning that the delivery went out on Sunday morning.

When asking the driver when he collected the order, he said after 12:00 on Sunday, but delivered at 19:00 only... with no teddy bear and two of the roses wilted already!

TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!! Never to use Netflorist again that's for sure! 🤬
