Bad Service for own service

it is my wife's birthday and I expected flowers to be delivered to her at her workplace (which is a school) today.<br> This was really important has she has notified me of the **** day that she has been having. I waited to 3 pm to call in the call centre only to be told that it is an address and I should have put in the school name in the company name space. On the website it clearly states \ADDRESS TYPE"and I have selected school. Why is this an option if it is not to be used?<br> <br> it was not easy to convince the person on the telephone to now deliver to my home address because schools close at 3pm. This is makes me absolutely livid because I could have hand delivered this to my home if I knew this. I wanted this delivered to a school"
