BAD SERVICE FOR GIFTS DELIVERY

I placed an order with the above company on Tuesday the 13 October<br> for delivery 16 October for my daughters birthday who is at university. I have been calling the whole day to find out when she can expect the delivery and i was told they cannot give a time. Now at 3 pm i am told that the gift will be dilvered on Monday what is the point when a person has been waiting anxiously for a gift to get it 3 days later. I asked for the manager and was told that he will tell me the same thing and then all of a sudden he is not available. I would like an eft refund done immediately so that i can send that money to my child to go and buy herself something instead of depending on stupid incompetant people
