Bad Service False Promises

I placed a order on Thursday the 8th of May. Before proceeding with my purchase I check availability for it to be delivered today the 9th of May. It said that it can be delivered so I proceeded. When putting my address in, I marked it as a business. Come today the 9th of May, I did many follow ups and then said it will be there by 5pm. I stayed at work till 18:45 and still no delivery. I got a email at 19:58 to say it was delivered and now I have no idea who has my parcel and the business is closed. No name on who signed for it...After spending nearly R500 and boom i have no idea where my parcel is. Ii haven't used net florist in 2 years and now I rememeber why. What **** service!!!!
