BAD SERVICE EVER

Bad service ever, I received dead roses and the card my boyfriend requested went missing when I asked the driver to wait while I report he said he was in a hurry he gave me a reference (***), I called and sent an email with the picture of how the roses looked like. This morning I was placed on hold for 15 minutes without assistance. I always get delivery from Netflorist but this one was the worst!
