Bad Service Ever..

Placed an order Lastweek, was suppose to be delivered on Monday at specified that I knock off at 15:00. Driver didn't arrive on Monday, recalled for Tuesday and asked to place a not that I knock off at 15:00 but didn't pitch I called again to ask was told the driver took the parcel at 12:00 but till 15:00 it was not there. Wednesday they called me that they are at my work place but I said Wednesday to Friday Im working from home. Had to reschedule for Thursday but nothing happened no call nothing, then Friday at about 17:00 that's when the driver arrived. Was promised 50%back so still waiting. I don't know if I would ever order anything from these ppl.
