Bad service

I am very very disappointed with a order I placed yesterday on 31/05/2021 , the order recipient was (not Kagiso) , but the order was delivered to Kagiso if I wanted to do that I would have used another delivery service I paid good money for your service and on the website it says it will be delivered to recipient that is why i used your service I wanted it to be confidential or not flaunted around by someone else accepting it then her entire office talks about it , you were supposed to call me this morning and nothing , then I messaged on the website and you said you will come back to me and email me waiting a response from the delivery department , I AM DISGUSTED WITH YOUR SERVICE and I want answers now see below the screen shot of step number 5 what you say on your website and the recipient name and the person who it was delivered to
