Bad service

Highly disgusted.... my daughter placed an order for a personalized gift to be delivered to me on my birthday as a surprise. To date nothing arrived and everytime she called she would just get told it's out on delivery. Well I am now still waiting for this amazing gift that was supposed to be delivered on the 10th March 2022. Pull your act together Netflorist, your customer service is nothing to be proud of. I tried calling the contact centre this morning to find out if I should sit another full day at home to wait for my delivery but what would you know, the system is down and they will have to call me back!!!!!! I will definitely never use your service or recommend you to anyone
