BAD SERVICE

VERY BAD!!! I ordered a biltong cutter for my husband for fathers day, when I received it a week ago, it was terrible, there was splinters sticking out and it was not finished off. I send emails and I called and only a week later they decided to do something about it, and they send a new one. I received the new one today, and it is still not right, there is a piece carved out thats not right and then they just leave it like that, instead of fixing it before they send it out. Now I will have to wait again for a new one, they haven't even rep**** to my email, and they don't answer the phone... This is really bad service.
