BAD SERVICE do NOT use netflorist

i normally ordered from netflorist before the lockdown no issues no complaints ever. However, since after the lockdown i had four terrible orders the one was for a friend of mine which received her birthday present just before 7pm at night where this normally would have been throughout the day. Her day is almost over then she got the gift. The second,third and fourth was delivered to businesses most of them closing then the orders get dropped of before 7pm. Who still sits at a business 7pm at night. I am not ever using netflorist again. Please do yourself a favor and have a look at my order history, phone calls and complaint emails. i am appalled by this service and you PAY so much for the delivery fee.
