Bad service. Delivery on wrong date.

This has been the most dissappointing experience I have ever had. Ordered 3 special gifts from netflorist for a special birthday. Orders was placed on the 10th for the first 2 for delivery on the 19th. First gift was delivered the 13th???? From the 13th after numerous times confirming the second delivery for the 19th it has still not been delivered. On the 13th I ordered the 3rd gift to be delivered with the second gift on the 19th. This one was delivered on the 18th. THE MAIN GIFT HAS STILL NOT BEEN DELIVERED. PHONING FIGHTING DAILY!!!!! IN THE PROCESS THEY MANAGED TO NOT GET ONE DELIVERY CORRECT!!!!! WHAT THE HELL NETFLORIST AND RAM COURIERS.????????? #NETFLORIST #RAMCOURIERS #PATHETICSERVICE I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN FOR A SPECIAL OCCASSION.
