Bad Service Delivery NetFlorist

I ordered a gift to be delivered to my ***friend who is in Durban, for the delivery to go out on his birthday in the 10th, Wed. I placed the order on 6th May 2023. This was delivered after he had left work and he received it the next day, defeats the entire purpose, especially, that his mom passed away a few weeks before his birthday and I am in Johannesburg and could not be with him.

Very disappointed in NetFlorist Durban, as in Johannesburg I never experience a problem.

Wont using this service again.
