Bad service delivery

I’m very disappointed and dissatisfied with your service , my order was dispatched at around 2pm and only got delivered at 7-55pm which is ridiculous coz it shows clearly ur delivery time is till 7pm on website, I never received a apology sms or email regarding this , I would probably never recommend ur service or use netflorist again
