Bad service delivery and condition of gift not acceptable

For this experience i am extremely disappointed. The gift was supposed to be delivered yesterday while the recipient was at work. I queried 3 times during the day and was told that every is still okay and that it will be delivered. I never received a call from any one at Netflorist to say that it will not be delivered. It got delivered today when the recipient mightnoy have been there.. Upon receiving the gift.. It was wet.. The cover of the book has white marks all. Over it from. The wet cover and tue card was wet.. I would appreciate if this gift was re done and given in an acceptable manner.. How embarrassing is it for me for the recipient to receive a gift in such condition for them to even tell me that it was wet.. This is book with paper..and a service that i paid for...
