Bad Service delivery

I placed and payed an order of R810.00 before 8 am this morning at NetFlorist, thinking the \same day delivery"is excellent. This was my first time shopping at NetFlorist as well. Just after 1 pm I received the \""en route\"" email. After 4 pm the delivery has still not been made. I emailed NetFlorist and I have received no phone call or explanation for the bad service."""
