Bad service Delivery

I just want to express my disappointment in Net florist. On 2 previous occasions I ordered online with absolutely no problem. My latest order a birthday gift was ordered on Friday. I have been tracking online and have been told it only left at 2pm. What is the point of a surprise when the orders are going out so late. I appreciate the fact that you are busy. I have not even received an sms to say it is on route etc.<br> <br> Really bad.
