Bad service

I bought from this company early in the morning for same day delivery and order was confirmed, I called in to follow up and to make them aware that delivery must be done before 15:30pm as the person i was buying for was leaving the province and the lady confirmed that driver already went out and has orders that are in the same area so he should make it before that time, guess what driver didn’t make on the time as per my request and had to cancel the order for refund, now i have to suffer delivery costs as if my package was the only one to be delivered at that area, it is not fair as they should suffer for promising me that it will be done on the time i had given them, i am very annoyed at the dishonesty of this company.
