BAD SERVICE

I ordered a gift for my sis and they messed up the entire gift!!!! They delivered them separately. First one arrived with a blank card at 3pm and later on around 17:25 the second gift came through! Wrong gift by the way. I ordered flowers as per adverti*****t, but they delivered wrong ones. If you do not have something in store DO NOT PUT IT ON YOUR ADVERTI*****T!!!!!!!!!!!!!! or rather advise the client. I'm very disappointed. You ruined everything!! Your service was beyond poor!
